Today I put some lamb shanks in the slow cooker, I had hallomi, served with couscous with loads of other bits in it.

Kerri you would be more than welcome :)

Tonight will be Spag Bol for the men, Courgette spaghetti for me.

Need to make some ping meals for DS2 he has loads of long shifts coming up for Cowes week, so needs something easy to grab - chorizo and mozzarella pasta bake and chicken pasta salads this time, then as much fruit and snacks bits as he wants

Making the most of cooking for him :(

Tonight will be beef stir fry with lots of YS items including the beef, sugar snap peas, beansprouts and spring onions.
I could have bought baby sweetcorn too but that's not to my taste.

Today we'll be finishing off yesterday's chilli, with a couple of jacket potatoes.
Out for lunch tomorrow so shouldn't need an evening meal!
  • Risotto leftovers tonight

I went to the blue and yellow shop this morning and had a yummy pulled salmon sandwich for lunch with my free coffee, very nice too!

Supper this evening will be omelettes with salad and jacket potatoes, blackberries (too many blackberries)with fat free yoghurt and a coffee.
