    I ended up finding a cauli cheese in the freezer and had that with various other veg lurking, lunch today is a pasta and sauce with added ham and sweetcorn, spin tonight so will be grabbing something quick and easy

    Today we'll be finishing off yesterday's chilli, with a couple of jacket potatoes.
    Out for lunch tomorrow so shouldn't need an evening meal!

    Jan - June Grocery spends = £531.61
    July - Grocery spends = £119.54
    Aug - Grocery spends = £20.63
  • I went to the blue and yellow shop this morning and had a yummy pulled salmon sandwich for lunch with my free coffee, very nice too!

    Supper this evening will be omelettes with salad and jacket potatoes, blackberries (too many blackberries)with fat free yoghurt and a coffee.
  • Last night we had a roast chicken dinner, tonight will be LO chicken in a pie with leeks...served with parmentier potatoes, peas and green beans. HM lemon cupcake for dessert.

    I was going to have steak...but realised at 2pm I hadn't actually got it out of the freezer. So that will be tomorrow.

    Tonight was spaghetti with the other half of the clam seafood thingy I got in Lidl a while back. Another thing out of the freezer.

  • I've made sweetcorn chowder for our lunches for a few days and supper this evening will be some pasta with pesto and parmesan cheese to use some stores followed (inevitably) by fresh blackberries and fat free yoghurt and our usual coffee.
