Thai green curry from marks last night, devine, lunch is a chicken sandwich and tonight I fancy something really nice and home made but not sure what yet hmmm maybes a nice salad with homemade bits potato salad etc0

A small BBQ planned here with 2 x Chinese spiced pork steaks and 2 x YS smoky black bean burgers. I have some cooked new potatoes so I will make potato salad and a lovely crisp green salad using a polytunnel little gem lettuce.0

Very simple tonight, OH had left over quorn chilli from the freezer with rice, carrots and kale, I had the rice carrots and kale with a smidgen of grated cheese0

I made Spankopita (spinach and feta cheese pie (it's flavoured with mint too) yesterday so that will be a few days lunches and I've soaked up a big batch of chick peas to cook this morning so I will make hummus with some of them and a tamarind chickpea curry with the rest which we'll have this evening with some lemon dahl, basmati rice and a nice cooling cucumber riata. Just the right kind of food for this hotter than we're used to weather.0
