So last nights avoid going to the chippy because we were out and about with the horses turned into a quarter pounder with cheese meal (large) at 10.30 an hour from home! :rotfl: Oops off to marks and sparks for some delights tonight – fancied something sweet this morning as a pick me up after late night, avoided Lucozade and went for the rubicon spring water instead,0

Tonight I am doing some fish parcels (I buy the packs of frozen basa fillets fro Aldi, they are really nice). The fish will be steamed in paper parcels with beansprouts, shredded pak choi, some sliced mushrooms, carrot julienne, garlic and red chilli with a splash of soy and fish sauces. Served with crushed Jersey Royals drizzled with garlic butter. Lemon cheesecake for pud.0
