    The duck sounds yummy:)

I am roasting a chicken, I will put a load of wild garlic butter under the skin, we'll have it with salad and new potatoes for the men.

Back to work tomorrow after 12 days off, so will prep something for tomorrow's dinner, to ease the pain :rotfl:

I'm going to be having Mexican rice and bean salad, and there's enough left to do a further 3 meals for me this week. The offspring are having crispy chicken fillets, chips and green beans.

Just bag from a [STRIKE]run[/STRIKE] swift shuffle , no land speed records broken today for sure :o

Was going to have something with jersey royals but tbh it's getting a bit late now and I'm not that hungry. Might be egg and soldiers.

Pie Surprise for us tonight. I have taken a home made pie out of the freezer but have no idea what's in it because I didn't bother labelling it. I was clearly under the illusion that I would remember, silly me.

So it is probably chicken and vegetable pie. Or apple.

Do let us know what it turned out to be :)

OH had some toast and something when he got in from work - by the time I got downstairs he'd scoffed it.

I had fish in the bag (retro again) with some runner beans and my fav, Jersey Royals (used to love them with asparagus as an early summer treat, until I developed an asparagus allergy )

Not sure about tomorrow yet, i feel I should use some freezer fayre up so will have a rummage.
