    Final portion of the oxtail casserole here for me - I cut up the LO jersey royal from last night (yes..one spud) and threw it in when I heated up the casserole. I think that's all of it gone, unless I find any more lurking in the freezer...which is possible.

    OH had a quorn cottage pie when I went to yoga.

    Away with work, went to a Turkish restaurant. I had halloumi coated in something spicy and grilled with a huge salad, yogurt dip and bulghar wheat. Absolutely delicious.
  • We have more courgettes from the polytunnel so I'll make the courgette, pasta and cheese gratin again and serve it with a big mixed salad. Rhubarb compote and Greek yoghurt for dessert and a cup of black coffee.

    Lunchtime i remembered to grab some butchers sausages out of the freezer so it was that peas and oven chips, tonight is the same again but maybes a baked potato instead, tomorrow im away for the day so pot luck whilst we are out, Although because i am out of all 3 meals i am taking plenty juice with me, and i think we are going to the baguette shop first thing for rolls !!!8211; could be an expensive day out if i dont plan it right
