Husband had pork loin, stuffed with sage, onion and butternut squash. I had cauliflower cheese. With jersey royal potatoes, cabbage, green beans and parsnips. Gravy.
For dessert, we had posh cheesecake from Aldi.

Homemade cheese and broccoli quiche, green salad, apricot and bulgar wheat salad, new potatoes, artichokes in oil and vanilla ice cream for dessert.
  • Chicken stir fry tonight - using leftover chicken from last night, peppers, onion, beansprouts and some stuff from the garden - spring onions, spinach, beetroot leaves, maybe some carrots. The rest of last night's cheesecake for pud.
