The chicken didn't defrost yet so no Spanish style chicken. I have suggested Aberdeen Angus beef burgers with sweet potato fries and either green beans or coleslaw, plus fresh salsa, live culture soured cream from Poland and guacamole.1

Made a tuna and sweetcorn and mushroom pie for me. Noticed the bbd was Sept 2023, so if I dont post tomorrow....
Made daughter a mushroom, sweetcorn and chicken pie.
I made a veg side dish of stirfry broccoli, courgette and spinach with garlic and lemon and some new potatoes to have with the pies.
Husband has got pork roast dinner, as have the inlaws.
