pasta with arrabattia sauce, courgettes, mushrooms, olives, spring onions, sweetcorn, tuna and tomatoes. Topped with cheese and baked. It was very nice for a meal of bits that needed using up.

I had the last small portion of tuna pasta from last night with some French stick.

Husband had fish fingers, chips and beans also with french stick.

Someone said chinese.  I don't know if that means I need to go out and buy stuff or whether he wants to order in.  Will need to go poke him and find out.

Oh there's a thought!!  OH bought a duck crown the other day and will be doing it later with roasters.  I mentioned that pak choy that's been in the fridge for too long (bbd 3 Feb...) so if that's beyond redemption I'll point out the left over red cabbage - think it's the one with apple, frozen, likely from Lidl.  Whether it was from this last Christmas or the year before I'm not sure - but it's been in there a while!!   One way or the other I'd like some sort of veg!!
