Tuesday was cod & chorizo fishcakes, wedges and mushy peas for me, baked beans for OH.
Yesterday I roasted a leg of lamb served with roast & new potatoes, carrots, Savoy cabbage, broccoli and leeks in onion sauce.
Today is the same as yesterday.

    Oooh.
Meant to say in my post above that I saved some mushy peas from Tuesday and had a 5 cod fish finger sandwich with mushy peas on 2 slices of toastie bread for my lunch.
    It was lush.

Hope your cold is getting better, Islandmaid!

Tonight I am making chicken katsu curry with a little brown rice and a large oriental salad, with some cheesecake and strawberries/blueberries for pud.

And wine. There will be Friday night wine, oh yes.
