The steak last night was lovely, nice to have a treat every now and then and it was a good deal. I have wraps for lunch today and i will be having the same again tomorrow. Tonight with the mince i think i am going to make shepherds pie as the temperature is dropping again and its a nice cosy home meal. I feel quietly smug and organised this week!0

I had a lovely asparagus quiche for lunch yesterday when out shopping, still warm from the cafe's oven. It's made me decide to make one at home next week.
