I made Dr Rupy's emergency dal and added some frozen spinach to it, I also made some besan pancakes from a new vegan cookbook a friend gave me which were quite nice and had some petits pois and sweetcorn as well.

My dogs have had a paddling pool in the back garden today.
I cooked a chicken in the outdoor ninja and it looks good. Will be served later with jacket potatoes and salad. Will steam some veg and turn some jacket pots into roasted and mash potatoes for the inlaws dinner tomorrow (along with the chicken)
