Calloo Callay! Oh raptious day!!! OH fixed the bbq!!! Let the grilling begin!!!!!
It was done yesterday when I was at work and I bought some chicken legs thinking they'd be nice roasted or whatever so the fact that I could sling them on the bbq with some Baby Rays BBQ sauce was grand. Salad and a couple of pitas. And Tasco had some Bonne Mama chocolate and pear dessert pots on YS so that was OH's reward for the hard work.
Was thinking about getting some fish to have tonight but there's no fishmongers nearby so I might suggest that to OH for tomorrow as he'll be near one of the rare ones in the area. (why so rare?? we're on the blinking coast for dog's sake with a fishing fleet in the harbour!!!) Having seen @kcboss2010's comment about Chinese I'm wondering about that instead......I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. We have a busy day too, Mr CJ has a late afternoon appointment to be injected with radioactivity for a scan and we won’t be back home until late. On the plus side, maybe it will make him glow in the dark and we can save on lighting costs 😂
I made a really tasty chilli con carne for last night and there’s enough left for tonight as well, so hurrah no cooking for me!2 -
