Lidl's frozen basa fillets in salt and pepper crumb.  I'll make a salad but there will also be chips.

OH had a Dr's appt first thing and was so happy that he then went out shopping so I think we're stocked with enough of most things until July.  (or Tuesday at least)

I have roasted some chunks of butternut squash with some crushed garlic and slices of red chilli, will mix with one of those sachets of mixed grains, drizzle with some harissa mayo and serve as a warm salad over rocket, watercress, avocado, spring onion, sliced beetroot, cherry tomatoes, diced cucumber, grated carrot and radish.  Absolutely every single thing came from the community fridge!

Last night I made a quorn lasagne using up a jar of sundried tomatoes. It tasted a little, for want of a better word, sweet. I was glad there was salad and garlic bread to go alongside it.
I had the last portion tonight and although not perfect, it did taste better.
