HM Burgers tonight, in lettuce wraps tonight, would love to extend an invitation for coffee, but juggling cats at the moment ☹️
Quick Frank update pic - butter wouldn’t melt hey…. This was taken after he was ‘helping’ daddy in the garden, digging up the new plants quicker than they where being planted 🤣

I'm more than happy with the suggestions @Islandmaid. I really wasnt hinting at an invite, I promise lol.
Frank is gorgeous and saw lots of dogs today, we have been to shanklin and sandown, the donkey sanctuary and godshill. We had lunch of a sandwich on the seafront with a lovely coffee.
Picked up some bits (cheese, ham, porkpie) at a nearby farm shop and its salad and bits tonight.5 -

Last night was LO rice and posh freezer shop chicken Dijon - although it was a little heavy on the mustard for me.
Not sure about tonight - there's another portion of LO rice which I could just reheat, or turn in to egg fried rice. But there's also some jersey royals in the fridge when I really want.
Might use the rice as it should really be eaten, I can also use up from vegetable gyoza from the freezer too with that if I egg fry the rice. May be a droopy spring onion too that could be used. I think there's a plan forming.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Massive salad here to use things up, eggs, ham, coleslaw, jacket spuds (for them) pepper, celery ooh and some corn on the cob 👍
In general I’d be up for a meet, not that I need (or you expect) an explanation, things are a little hard going on the home front at the moment, patience is fraying with DS, they are due to move out soon, and as much as I love them, they’ve been here 18 months now, it was supposed to be 6-12 and we just want our lives back, I’m sure they do too, but DS in particular is making all the excuses under the Sun 🫣 going though a bit of tough love as Noah starts school in September and he need to be settled wayyy before then xNote to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Sorry to hear things are a bit fraught @Islandmaid - I have heard from friends / family experience how these 'temp' moves for X period always end up longer. No consolation but those on the 'temp resident' side were equally anxious to move back out. Which prob makes for a fraught situation if no one is entirely happy.
Could you chivvy DS along suggesting rooms have been rented out for a mass MSE visit

It’s always difficult when there are too many adults in one house, especially if not all of them are grown ups 😁. I’m sure it will sort itself out eventually, the CoL malarkey is surely not helping.
Tonight we’re finishing up the lamb ragu bianco which I made last night. I thought it was a bit bland and meh, but Mr CJ really enjoyed it so I’ll take that as a win (but won’t be rushing to make again).5 -
I quite get the wanting to move out bit - moved in temporarily with the outlaws and moved out 7 years later. My youngest bro and wife2 moved in with our folks and she moved out a couple of months later and filed for divorce.
