if any of you Island visitors haven’t been try Quarr Abbey, nice cafe, fabulous walk 🥰 good ales too 🫶
Quarr Abbey is so peaceful and quiet, it rejuvenates your soul with its peace. We used to take the children there when small and have a picnic .last time we went a lot of it was closed off because of the pandemic Hopefully its reopened again now

Tonight I am roasting some skinless boneless cod fillets (Aldi, frozen) drizzled with a large sachet of Korean bulgogi sauce which has been languishing in the cupboard for ages (originally free from community fridge) and serving with sliced courgettes fried in garlic butter.  Trifle for pud.
