Frank is gorgeous and saw lots of dogs today, we have been to shanklin and sandown, the donkey sanctuary and godshill. We had lunch of a sandwich on the seafront with a lovely coffee.
Picked up some bits (cheese, ham, porkpie) at a nearby farm shop and its salad and bits tonight.

Busy day today
I had to go to the doctors to collect my prescription for aspirin. Whilst I was in there I asked about my whooping cough vaccine, they checked and could do it that day 3pm, perfect! I had a check up with the obstetrician today 12:10pm. So because I’m high risk I have to have more check ups including a blood pressure reading every 2 weeks, weekly from 34 weeks. Scans and obstetricians at 28/30/32/34 weeks then weekly. I feel very looked after but also very overwhelmed at the appointments
so today for dinner, after that very long rambling on! I was extremely tired so we had a pizza and nuggets from the freezer:money::rotfl::T5 -
Another lovely day today, coffee and cake at Chessel pottery. I remembered it from our very first trip with the children. We stayed at a caravan park at Norton green. It's gone now but we took the children to the pottery and they all had a go. It brought back some lovely memories.
We also many years ago went crabbing off Yarmouth pier, so we spent some time walking around there.
I still cant believe how utterly gorgeous the views are on the south of the island, its absolutely stunning driving along the road with the sea at one side and gorgeous countryside on the other.
Tonight I just made a pasta salad with tuna, iow tomato, red onion, tinned beans and olives.
Sorry to hear about your predicament @Islandmaid it's never straight forward is it?5 -
