Last night we had a Chinese meal deal from the supermarket as I lost the will to do any cooking at all! Was a nice treat and leftovers for lunch today.

Tonight we are having chicken burgers with HM wedges and salad (still can’t really be bothered).

The pork last night was lovely and great to have it simple - salad and pita breads and nothing else.  There's a bit LO so I'll likely have that with more salad and pita and the OH said he'd like an omelete. Mushrooms and cheese are available for decorating his and a small baguette to go in the oven.

We appear to have an egg mountain that needs to be used, so a frittata and salad should help clear eggs and some fridge gravel from the weekend

Came home to discover OH is missing.  Apparently he's in Aldi....no idea what's for supper!

We were away at the weekend and home yesterday. We had salmon, hollandaise sauce, mixed vegetables and new potatoes.

Tonight it will be salad, probably ham /prawns and jacket potatoes.

Apparently we're having burgers tonight.  There's buns but I might just have the lower bun and have lots of salad with it.

    How exciting!

We will be finishing up the slow cooked spiced beef tagine and couscous which I made for last night’s dinner.
