Husband had mashed swede and carrot from freezer, with brisket also cooked and frozen, with green beans and Jersey potatoes. I had green beans, potatoes, lettuce, tuna and olives. My version of nicoise.

Made chicken ‘fried’ rice out of 2 x fossilised chicken breasts from freezer stash and various bits of veg for the family, also made spring rolls from a YS bag of stir fry veg and some rice wrappers - fiddly but tasty 😋Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

There was enough chicken left over from Monday’s roast for sandwiches x 2 and chicken noodle stir fry for dinner last night. Used up a good portion of the veg box goodies - purple sprouting broccoli, spring greens and some chestnut mushrooms.
Tonight we’re having breaded fish from
the freezer with wedges and veg.Books read 2023 - 49/755 -
