Not a criticism of pizza per se, it’s me, I’ve never liked bread, pasta, rice etc potatoes I can take or leave. Not eaten grain in 5 years, the kids love a pizza, but as a takeaway I still think the components don’t warrant the cost 🤷♀️ if we were all the same, wouldn’t life be boring x

gammon steaks tonight. normally that means with egg, chips and possibly beans. But OH has said croquette potatoes of which there are 3 in total in the freezer. I don't mind as there's bakers or potato cakes and tons of fries. I've suggested that instead of eggs we might have the rest of the cauliflower with a cheese sauce. We shall see…..

Also having the last of the freezer chilli… a pitty as this one was particularly good. Had it stuffed into some globe courgettes with some Oaxaca cheese on top

breaded fish courtesy of Lidl. you know - the crumbed ones in the freezer section. OH has requested rice. I'll do a quick fry up of yellow courgette and red pepper. Maybe. I was going to make muffins (banana oatmeal to clear some bananas from the freezer) and even went to Tacso on purpose to get some butter but I'm a bit worn out from helping out on a work's warehouse declutter so will likely wait for tomorrow.
