Woke up thinking lasagne for them, but I’m not sure if I can be bothered, so it might be spag Bol, which (in my head) is easier 🙌 although not as appreciated.

EDIT: Caved and made the lasagne - LO frozen for GS’s nursery dinners 👍

bring on the warm weather when BBQ’s are daily 🙌

Grilled a couple of bean burgers and we had those with carrots, cauliflower, green beans and spaghetti hoops. We'll have a double choc chip cake and coffee later.

    We had lasagne too!

My daughter and I are spending the night with my sisters and all the cousins. I thought lasagne was the best thing to do for my husband. He will have plenty of leftovers for his dinner Friday night. I love making lasagne especially as I can hide in a load of veg that my daughter doesn’t notice and she eats it.

I use lasagne as a use it up vessel for veg too, although it's generally only me that eats it as OH isn't keen..despite liking pasta?

Tonight was some LO rice, with the ends of some stir fry veg from the freezer and an egg. With lashings of soy sauce. OH ate whilst i was at the gym after.

We had spaghetti, I had vege bacon, mushrooms, spinach and tomatoes through mine.
Others had meatballs and sauce with mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach.
Topped with rocket and homemade garlic bread, out of a week end ciabatta.
I made a vege BLT for my work lunch tomorrow which I'm looking forward to.

We were going to have the Lidl salmon in pastry but he had kippers for breakfast and I had too much pan fried salmon so I think fish for dinner will be overdoing it.  We've got S&P puddings that he can have and I'll have a chicken pie.  He can opt for broccoli and I'll go for some of the spinach and watercress salad.

All of which means I have no excuse to go shopping today.  Might spend the time getting the very very very grubby toy car of mine washed instead.  Just hope I don't have the same problem I had this time last year when I last took it through the car wash - managed to flood the footwells due to a design fault that meant the drain holes from below the windscreen got blocked and so water went through the dashboard instead.  Took about 3 weeks for me to dry to silly car out properly.
