  • We are having chilli (beef mince with lots of beans/peppers/sweetcorn) with rice and HM guacamole as I have two avocados which are practically walking out of the fridge into the bin by themselves!

Sausages cooked in the airfryer. Mash done with white spuds, swede and butternut squash. Then carrots and my daughter’s favourite - peas and of course lots of gravy.

I have a tin of FB chicken meatballs - free - I find them bland so will spice them up - I have some saved gravy/braised onions/tomato in the fridge and will add lots of garlic and some spices. I have potatoes to use and a cabbage.

  • DH is out tonight, I’ll have a jacket potato with the leftover chilli. The kids will be having pancakes, pancakes and yet more pancakes. With bananas, berries, syrup, lemon/sugar, and biscoff spread (it’s only one day a year!).

spatchcock poussin is thawing.  OH has asked for salad with it.  I might throw in some roasting veg as I really fancy some but should be good and have salad as well.
