We are having chilli (beef mince with lots of beans/peppers/sweetcorn) with rice and HM guacamole as I have two avocados which are practically walking out of the fridge into the bin by themselves!Books read 2023 - 49/754

Sausages cooked in the airfryer. Mash done with white spuds, swede and butternut squash. Then carrots and my daughter’s favourite - peas and of course lots of gravy.:money::rotfl::T3

I have a tin of FB chicken meatballs - free - I find them bland so will spice them up - I have some saved gravy/braised onions/tomato in the fridge and will add lots of garlic and some spices. I have potatoes to use and a cabbage.
