Quick meal of stir-fried veg and chickpeas, a jar of korma sauce, brown rice and soya nuggets. DH had sultana cake later.3

Reheated last nights LO chippy chips in the air fryer with a few quorn nuggets - or rather a bowl of beige
but hit the spot.
Bit cross as was making a chicken casserole in the oven and watching a film, misjudged the cooking time and it's now a pan of overcooked veg. I could turn it to soup, except I'm not a soup fan. Nearly binned the whole lot.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Went to M7S to check out the 14th Feb special but we couldn't really get excited about it. It would have been a case of buying stuff to get the £20 deal but not eating everything tonight. So OH sensibly suggested we put it all back and just get their KFC instead. We've chips so didn't need much else there - though he wandered off just when the cashier was getting everything scanned through - she kept asking if I thought he was coming back or if he was in the chocolate aisle!!
Headed off to Lidl where he insisted on a major league shop (£50!!!?!!! and that didn't include any alcohol!!!!) Lots of salad stuff purchased to go with the chicken tonight plus more desserts than any 2 people need (especially when trying to lose weight)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
