Beef chimichangas again for us tonight, using up more of the filling I made yesterday. They were really nice, and were quick to air fry in the Ninja.

More bolognaise type sauce tonight with some penne pasta for me. OH just had pasta and non meat sauce.

I’m exactly the same, it’s constantly between 50-100% full. It’s very rare it goes below 50% full, if it does I get nervous. I like to have a mixture of batch cooked meals, easy things like chips and nuggets then any reductions. My bottom drawer is mostly taken up by a big pie I got from M&S at Christmas. It wasn’t cheap (£30) but I’ve decided that’s going to be our Easter treat meal. 

Edit - for our dinner tonight I’m doing bacon, pea and Parmesan risotto. I usually add onion but there’s a leek on the turn that will work great in it too.

OH has suddenly been assigned to the hospital so I'm fending for myself.  I think I'll sling a piece of frozen salmon in the oven with a broccoli potato cake.

Tonight I used up half a sweet potato by adding it to chopped white potatoes for mash, while they simmered so did a sliced red onion in another small saucepan. Grilled some veg sausages and microwaved a tin of marrowfat peas, drained the onion and made Bisto gravy (the powder type) with the water they'd cooked in before re-adding the onion. Then we had a sultana cake made with molasses sugar which gives cakes a lovely dark treacle flavour. Got a pack of Billingtons for 49p in Home Bargains the other day.

Ended up being instant noodles with some frozen peas chucked in as i ran about like a loom trying to get that cooked, get ready for gym class and get out the door in 25mins after finishing work. Usually i have time to get changed before finishing but it didn't happen today.

well, it’s Friday again, I’m not cooking, so it’s either a takeaway or picky bits from the fridge 🤷‍♀️
