Freezer dinner tonight - fish chips and peas. I’ve got the shopping coming and there’s a few things I need to go in the freezer. It’s crammed with the reductions I got yesterday in Lidl:money::rotfl::T3

We're having stilton, pear and walnut salad with homemade croutons and a lovely dressing that I picked the recipe for when I was on a skiing holiday years back.

Found some Heck chicken, minted pea and spinach burgers lurking in the freezer so we had them with HM wedges done in the air fryer and baked beans.4

I find it difficult when posting images, to write underneath the image, so apologies for two posts.
We had pasta, daughter had vegan bolognese, I had some filled pasta that I ruined by adding pesto from a jar, husband had chorizo, tomato and seafood with spaghetti.
I made a rocket salad to go with it.3 -

I ended up having the end of a bag of potato stars and half a tin of LO mushy peas - we'd been swimming and I wasn't terribly hungry but wanted something hot.
OH had pasta.
Tonight I think I'll have some of the more bolognaise I cooked the other night with some kind of pasta or spaghetti. Also in the mind to cook up a chicken casserole at some stage as I have chicken in the freezer and a mixed bag of casserole veg made up of 19p xmas veg. Plus chicken stock in there too.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16
