We’re out for Sunday lunch today, has turned into an inadvertent Christmas lunch for our friend group 12 of us 🫣Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

We had a snack meal last night as I was busy sewing a nativity costume.
Today we have eaten out at Cafe Church so no cooking for me.

Tonight - defrosting some skin on cod pieces in the fridge and will flour/fry them and have with mash potato

I have some lovely looking minced beef from the butchers, so will be dividing it to make a pan of chilli and a minced beef and vegetable pie to see us through the next few days.4

Shopping is coming tomorrow so it’s a freezer meal tonight. There’s fish fingers in there. I’ve got enough spuds to do my own chips in the air fryer. I’ll do sweet corn with it:money::rotfl::T3

Been out for a get together/thank you meal with SA. Choice of chicken or sea bass followed by creme brulee or lemon posset.
