Stew from the freezer, chicken for me and beef for Mr VH, both with dumplings and mashed potato. Got a couple of lovely rib pork chops from the meat guy yesterday. So will pan fry those with onions & mushrooms, finish with cider and cream and serve on rice. out most of the day at an appointment
came back just before six, stuck in some fish fingers and chips then added some peas on the side. My daughter ate most of it. More stuff emptied from the freezer:money::rotfl::T3
