If you like him check your area - surprisingly the concert hall was maybe half full so likely there will be tickets).I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Hello all
sorry for the silence we’ve moved back to the UK so things have been chaotic!
tonight I’m doing pork chops, spuds, veg and gravy. I got apple sauce too. Veg is broccoli, peas and sweet corn:money::rotfl::T4 -
Roast pork and apple sauce here too, with roast potatoes, carrots, beans and gravy, There were no pork joints available in Aldi when I went shopping yesterday so I’ve had to make do with one of their (smaller) frozen ones. I’m interested to see what it will be like, as it was actually quite a bit cheaper than the fresh meat version.3

Chicken and cider crumble for us tonight. I've only made it 3 times and each time I've overcooked the sauce so there's very little left when I dish up. I'm going to try not to do that tonight as I like sauces with my potatoes (although I'm not sure yet whether to do mash or crispy cubed spuds)."You won't bloom until you're planted" - Graffiti spotted in Newcastle.

I’m using up the leftover pork roast to make pork and red pepper meatballs on creamy parsnip mash tonight.3

@Islandmaid that must be a massive relief. So glad to hear it's good news.
Friday night was HM pizza (for the second time in the week - oops)
Sat ended up being a bowl of cheesy wotsits after being out longer than anticipated, eating lunch late and then not really being dinner hungry.
Sun was two 'KFC' drumsticks from Lidl, liberated from the freezer, some spaghetti hoops that were open and lingering in the fridge, and some Aldi potato stars to finish off the bag.

@kerri_gt it was thanks xx
sent GS off to nursery dressed as a skeleton (skellington) with a ‘spooky’ lunchbox of ghost shaped sandwich, monster popcorn, spooky faced banana etc plus his usual fruit etc he also took some ghost lollipops I made using tissues and a sharpie to hand out to his friends (with parents consent)
easy one tonight as this clock change business put me right out last night, woke at 3am couldn’t get back to sleep. I’ve got some KFC style chicken strips in the freezer, they can have those with salad and wraps, I’ll have some scrambled egg and an early night 🙌Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I regret to say we've returned from Ikea and had meatballs for lunch. Well I regret having gone to Ikea (horrible place generally) but the meatballs are nice. And I bought some ginger biscuits. And more meatballs.
