    Soup and toast last night, tonight is spam fritters (made a massive batch of them the other week and froze them) and a large salad, possibly a bread roll, definitely a massive pot of tea.
    Aim:12mth Emergency Fund -> £14264/£17076 (83%) Aim 2: Mortgage Overpayment -> Paused until other aim fulfilled.

  • We had leftover mushroom sauce made into a pie with some of Sundays roast chicken followed by a rice pudding made with half price single cream and free olio milk.

    A meal from the freezer for us tonight - two portions of home made burrito filling  and some wraps have just been taken out to defrost. I also spotted two Magnum ice creams in there, so that’s dessert sorted!
