Using jar of Jalfrezi curry sauce from cupboard with chicken I cooked yesterday. Have with rice. I am also cooking some spuds to mash and will mean when I come home from work tomorrow there is less to do...will have the potatoes with fish fingers and mushy peas. Then Wednesday a friend is calling for dinner think I will defrost some of that Chinese I bought the other week. That takes me to Thursday.

popped out to Lidl to get one of their salmon wellingtons.  get back and OH asked if I got a tin of potatoes too.  I did think there was some in the garage but maybe there isn't.  So it will be some sort of frozen potato cakes/croquettes/whatever instead.  And salad.

I have egg noodles, hoisin sauce, spring onions, mushrooms, pak choy, peppers, ginger, chilli and garlic from the community fridge plus some of Sunday's slow cooked beef brisket to use up, so will be making a Chinese beef noodle stir fry thingy tonight.
