C_J said:I’ve only been cooking for him for about a month but his coat is looking lovely and glossy (if that is even possible for a Wirehaired dog!).
Sorry to go off on a tangent (but I thought it might be of interest to other dog owners). @C_J Rufus is gorgeous 😍 I have dipped in and out of looking at feeding our mog raw food but am not entirely sure where to start. She's an old lady now and so far has done quite well on her feline junk food diet as I call it, interspersed with roast chicken and other treats so at her stage I almost think I'd rather no upset her.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

market day but had to go to a different branch of the market (same farmer at a different location) but still got our duck eggs and bacon and they had a lovely big pack of calves liver which I'm hoping will be served tomorrow for dinner. with new potatoes (free from a farmer!) and finished with chives in cream.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Still only spent £1.55 this week - my week starts on Monday when I get my pension.
Pasties didn't happen.
I did a veggie pie for dinner today - makes 6 servings. Cheap pie to make - used a large sweet potato/an onion/1 egg/grated cheese + seasoning. Made shortcrust pastry in processor. Filled oven - got lo jacket potatoes to use tomorrow + will have some more pie on Saturday. One lot of pie will go in the freezer. I had lo pastry so made a black cherry pie - had a tin of pie filling in stock. I also baked a fruit loaf - darker this time as I used Muscovado sugar.
