I did a lentil and mung bean curry in the slow cooker. Served with rice and YS "Indian snacks". Then chocolate and strawbs for after.3

Found a portion of HM sweet potato fries in the freezer so chucked them in the air fryer, plus some fish bites i picked up in Lidl ( basically the bits they couldn't shape into anything else but they were breaded and relatively cheap), with some sliced courgette.

Tonight I grilled some veg sausages and we had them with baked beans, cauliflower, carrots, green beans and a slice of wholemeal bread and dairy-free spread, and a dollop of brown sauce.
Coffee and a couple of biscuits after.4 -
Dinner was chicken bits picked off carcass + roast potatoes/stuffing/peas/gravy.
LO stuffing for freezer. Cooked jacket potatoes for tomorrow's dinner.
Baked a Victoria sandwich too.
