    go bag your cave now, at this rate it's what we'll all be reverting back to before long. Just thinking, I have plenty of wood for the firepit - might keep the BBQ out over winter and employ my Girl Guide camp cooking skills (hope everyone likes Goulash for xmas dinner)

    BBQ is out all the time at ours.  You can do a turkey on them if yours is large enough so you can have it offset to the heat.

    Found some chicken in freezer and will do roast potatoes/stuffing/vegs/gravy and cook jacket potatoes and bake a cake to fill my oven.

    I did a lentil and mung bean curry in the slow cooker. Served with rice and YS "Indian snacks". Then chocolate and strawbs for after.

    Tonight I grilled some veg sausages and we had them with baked beans, cauliflower, carrots, green beans and a slice of wholemeal bread and dairy-free spread, and a dollop of brown sauce.
    Coffee and a couple of biscuits after.
