@Brie entirely your fault I'm having Aldi KFC with vegetable rice. With OH veggie it's not something I'd even look at in store usually 🤣 popped in today to get a few bits and saw it. Two pieces now in the oven. As it's just me who'll eat it, it will do me a few meals though.

I was on my own tonight so fridge buffet. Cucumber, sweetcorn fritters, roasted Tom's, leftover guacamole, prawns and doughballs
I had a glut of cherry tomatoes, so roasted 3 trays full. They are delicious.3 -
Pan fried pork loin chops (finished in the pan with a little chicken stock, parsley and apple jelly to make a sticky glaze) served with champ (mashed potatoes mixed with cabbage, spring onion and grated cheese).
Raspberry pavlova for pud.5 -

I enjoyed my dinner so much last night that we had similar tonight. Bread, roasted tomatoes, prawns, some cubed actifry potatoes, padron peppers, Spanish meat and tortilla.
Daughter didnt fancy it so had a vege bolognese from freezer with pasta.3 -
Quick and easy meal again tonight after hours of gardening. We had rosemary and onion veg sausages, spicy potato wedges, broccoli, herby tomatoes and runner beans from the garden. Coffee and a couple of rich tea biscuits after, DH had a hot cross bun.3

Fridge clearing frittata salad and some cooked new potatoes fried up for them .
