Belated happy birthdays and future anniversaries 😁
Tonight, as last night was a portion of the creamy chicken, mushroom and grapey thing I made the other night with some brown rice.
Portion gone in the freezer now too.
Some lovely sounding meals going on. I'm deff enjoying the summer menus, although the comfort of Autumn fayre is always my fav after a long hot summer.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

I really need to use up the burrito mix and wraps from the freezer, so we’ll be having that tonight despite the heat.
I also have half a tin of pineapple slices and a very ripe banana to use up, so might make a tropical fruit coconut sponge pudding, let it cool and serve it with ice cream for pud.2 -
Nothing else but a light pasta salad would work today, the heat is unbearable. Bon appetit and good luck to us all!
