Fridge clearing salad I think tonight - get all the droopy lettuce etc used up before it cools off tomorrowFeb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

there's smoked trout and smoked salmon along with buffalo mozzarella and tomatoes. Hoping it's worth the ££ to buy the IoW ones instead of those half the price at Lidl. Salad and hovis bread too.
This of course assume I make it to 7 pm without falling asleep. The heat last night made it difficult but so did having some chap sleeping in his car in front of our house and shining his headlights in the bedroom window (we're on a T junction). I suspect he was taking advantage of the air con. But if he's back tonight there's going to be a show down.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Had the same meal for 3 days now but it was cold and tasty. Made a nut loaf and had slices cold with an orange/tomato/lettuce salad with balsamic vinegar and rapeseed oil dressing, beetroot, cold potatoes and hm hummus, fruit and dairy free ice cream after.3

I had a potato salad, husband has his potatoes browned off in the actifry whilst I cooked some scampi. Piled on a load of lettuce and salad bits.
Hopefully tomorrow wont be as hot and I can use the veg I bought on Saturday.3 -

I'm valiantly trying to clear the fridge before holibobs, and have some sausages to use up. So tonight will be good old fashioned sausage, egg and chips
I've made a pud using coconut yogurt and tinned mango slices whizzed in a blender and then chilled.2 -
