I keep waiting for my dinner invite!!!
It was all decided that we were going to have tuna steaks and cous cous but I've just been issued orders to pick up a leg of lamb that I need to make into souvlaki to be served with pita, a feta/greek salad and taramasalata.
I'll be getting both and we'll be eating outside either way.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

@Brie Just good olive oil and good salt, we used Malden smoked. either pan fried or as we did yesterday, in a falcon tray on the BBQ, let them blister. We did a mix of padron and sweet peppers from Lidl 👍 you won’t regret it, perfect tapas.Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

I still have tomatoes and mushrooms in the fridge to use up.
As I am by the coast - we have a lovely breeze so not too hot here which is good for when I have oven on later to cook dinner and bake.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45
