Wicked_Lady - Yes - for a change - I used Lemon Curd with sprinkles. I had no complaints - they do like the biscuit spread topping and I do jam/coconut sometimes.Decluttering Achieved - 2023 - 10,364 Decluttering - 2024 - 8,365 August - 0/45

I'm all over the place with meal planning this week. Tonight will be a repeat performance of last night's dinner as I made too much and there is enough for round two! Pan fried chunks of chicken breast and steamed tenderstem broccoli stir fried with garlic and black pepper, and served with couscous made with home made chicken stock and some extra veg (diced red onion, mushrooms and peas) thrown in for good measure. Pudding is the last of the rhubarb (from the garden) crumble with custard.2

OH had a bad night due to worrying about his mom and life in general (he's a natural worrier) so has opted for soup and sandwiches tonight. Initially it was to be tuna mayo but now he's thinking eggy ones. I'll prob go for the tuna myself but might plop it on a jacket tater rather than have on bread.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards.
