@Brie Lidl had an offer on Albert Whats-HisFace jersey royals a couple of weeks ago (albeit the bags seemed very small and i don't think it was just a reduction in plastic packaging) so they do seem to be about.
They do seem a little later than usual this year though, or that could just be me...i nearly wrote 2020 on something the other week!Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

We had tuna nicoise today with Jersey royal potatoes. Really enjoyed it, although I think I overcooked the tuna.
And drum roll....I wont be cooking again until Sunday, we are out for the next three days.4 -

I treated myself to an electric potato rumbler from Lakeland earlier this year, in readiness for the new potato/Jersey Royals season!Tonight’s dinner is a bit dull, I made a large pan of chilli con carne last night so it’s some for this evening and some to shoehorn into the freezer.3

ribs tonight - tesco maple ones
If we hadn't already bought those we would have got some lovely barnsley chops or tomahawk steaks which we admired in a new butcher shop we've found. Instead we bought sausages. OH chose some cumberland and old english but I opted for the pork and apricot ones!
