I did hm wedges tossed in oil and garlic seasoning with fried eggs last night for dinner. I have some hm pasties - FF to use tonight with some veggies that need using and potatoes.
I baked a lemon coconut cake last night to use oven space and a lemon that I got free needed to be used.

Rallied the whole family to help a mate out, she runs 12.5 acres by herself and has a very bad back that requires an operation, the land is getting away from her, so we spent much of the day weeding and sorting in exchange for a bit of brekki - dinner was a rinse and repeat of last night - ohh how we suffer 🤪Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

last night ended up being prawn sandwiches made quite late when we returned home from a Steeleye Span concert.
tonight is leg of lamb slow roasted over onions, garlic and beans. I did hm cheese & onion pastie + roast potatoes + veggies last night.
Today we have been to a fund raising dinner at our SA. £5 for a roast beef dinner followed by a choice of crumble/pineapple upside down cake & custard.
