Mash, sausages (A*da pork and 3 chilli, delicious), mushy peas. Tomorrow will be similar, with trout instead of sausages. I've made enough mash and will use the other half of the peas.
Pasta in sauce packet thing...cherse, leek and ham. Added some extra peas to it and topped with parmesan. Not terribly healthy or wholesome but could've been worse.
Wedges. That the last of the potatoes, they were growing sprouts...but I've cut those away, not to waste the potatoes. A fish parcel/pastry thing that's been hanging around in the freezer. And more mushy peas. I need to do a shop for veg but trying to hang tight as I have enough other food to make meals even if the veg is lacking a bit. Also to use a bit more in freezer before I order more Will likely order a shop next week.
last night was a couple of quite small pork chops (1 each) done on the bbq and a big bowl of basmati and wild rice topped with steam fried onion and pak choy.

We have eaten today - roast pork dinner at our SA. I only sit to eat and then it is back to running around and looking after people/making drinks etc. I made a Piri Piri smoked mackerel pizza last night - 2 lots of pizza dough went in freezer.
