We had lunch out, just sandwiches, which if I eat as a packed lunch or home doesnt make me "full" til dinner time, but if I eat them in a cafe or pub, I do feel "full" so I had a small jacket potato done in the microwave and actifry and husband had a ready meal biriani.6

More of the cannelloni with a bit of salad followed by a medjool date and a couple of coffees.6

Last night the kids had friends over, so they all had fish finger wraps with crisps & veg sticks. DH had leftover chicken pie and veg, I had a baked potato with broccoli cheese (made in the airfryer 😁).
Tonight we all had spaghetti with tomato sauce, meatballs, garlic bread and salad.Books read 2023 - 49/753 -

Making risotto with some use it up bits tomorrow and just scored some RTC beef mince in Aldi (30% off) and some sweet potatoes from Olio so pleased with those.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Just realised I forgot to post earlier!
Risotto for dinner, I used peas, onion, bacon and grano pandano that I had opened a few days ago for another dinner.:money::rotfl::T3 -

We’re having a treat tonight of fillet steak (Aldi - never had a bad one yet), chips and peas followed by a white chocolate cheesecake (which I have yet to make, will do that next!). Friday night wine may feature also.3
