  • We had slow cooked beef casserole with cheesy dumplings, new potatoes, spring greens, broccoli and runner beans. Clean plates all round and enough left for another meal later in the week 👍

Meat free Monday for us - cauliflower, potato and chickpea curry.

(Daughter still in labour - it's been stop and start since yesterday morning -  but she's doing brilliantly, and all is well with both her and the baby)
  • C_J that’s very exciting news!

Sweet potato and bean chilli with rice and cheesy nachos tonight - trying to use up the mountain of potatoes in the cupboard and also a half eaten family size bag of tortilla chips!

  • Kids had l/o beef casserole and dumplings, DH is still in the office but he will have the same, I had a tuna roll from a TGTG bag.

I accidentally ordered two TGTG bags today from a local bakery - the first didn’t seem to go through and wasn’t showing on my orders 🙄 - but luckily it was ok as I managed to freeze a lot of the contents and the rest will do for packed lunches x3 tomorrow 😅
