Chicken stuffed with goats cheese and bacon tonight, using up LO dauphinois and spiced cabbage
I'm assuming that's bits of chicken rather than a whole chicken?  Breasts or thighs?

We've got schnitzel with potatoes.  Might sneak in a salad or peas....

Breast, bashed out, seasoned stuffed with cheese, rolled with bacon around it -  would post a photo, but we’ve just eaten them 🤣

Freezer dinner tonight - southern fried chicken, oven chips, peas with southern style gravy. The menfolk also had bread and butter on the side!

Sadly no Burns Night fare here. We had sweet and sour chicken noodles with spring rolls.
