I've made a big Shepherd's Pie, just put in oven. Will do with some steamed cabbage and extra gravy. Hopefully some leftovers for lunch tomorrow. Reheated with a splodge of HP sauce, lovely.

@C_J when I first moved out of home when I was 18, Leeks wrapped in Ham with a cheese sauce was the first meal I made, I dreamt about how I would make this for myself for months before, it still holds a special place in my greedy heart 😍😂Note to self - STOP SPENDING MONEY !!

Made a fish pie with cod, smoked haddock and salmon. Quite a lot of mash on top, but I have a big bag of potatoes that need using up.
