I have some slightly sad veg left to use up before tomorrow’s food shop and I discovered a tin of corned beef in the cupboard …. so I have whipped up a batch of pastry and will make a corned beef and vegetable pie for tonight (and tomorrow). Haven’t made one of those for absolutely ages!
  • Chicken fajitas with salad and guacamole on the menu tonight.

Oven cooked chicken breast with some kind of sauce (white wine maybe) that wasn't used with the chicken for our xmas dinner, boiled spuds and petit pois
OH - great brain nudge @kerri_gt!  We've got a pack of chicken/turkey gravy bought for Christmas.  I'll check the BBF date and then maybe we can have it with the Lidl swedish meatballs and chips and pretend we've been to Ikea!!

Using things up tonight. Skewers with pork cubes. Marinade from a bit of shawarma paste that was left plus tomato ketchup and mango chutney.

Also rice, lettuce, broccoli and a sauce made from yoghurt, garlic and lemon juice.

Had M7S version of kfc last night with chips but I also had a salad with iceberg, peppers and tomatoes to slow my chip consumption.
