I have some slightly sad veg left to use up before tomorrow’s food shop and I discovered a tin of corned beef in the cupboard …. so I have whipped up a batch of pastry and will make a corned beef and vegetable pie for tonight (and tomorrow). Haven’t made one of those for absolutely ages!

Using things up tonight. Skewers with pork cubes. Marinade from a bit of shawarma paste that was left plus tomato ketchup and mango chutney.
Also rice, lettuce, broccoli and a sauce made from yoghurt, garlic and lemon juice.
