It’s been a particularly busy day, so a simple supper of cheese and mushroom omelette for us tonight.2

I had cheesy, tomato pasta with chicken thigh last night. Leftovers of the same tonight.2

We had stirfry, with cashew nuts. Husband had a side of teriyaki chicken.
