Stir fry veg from Lidl (freezer) with some edamame beans and noodles. Soy sauce added too.

Found a clump of cold noodles as I was eating them (had prev been frozen) so if you don't hear from me again you know why!  :#

    Egg and soliders here tonight
A completely foreign concept to me when I moved to the UK.  Had to get someone to explain what it meant!!  Along with jacket potatoes, baps, broad beans, courgettes, aubergine and many more.......2 countries separated by a single language.....

OH did a lovely lentil dish with bratwurst and belly pork last night.  Something was mentioned about cannelloni tonight but I'm wondering about reheating the lentils.  Another bit of pork would make it more than generous.

I made a veg curry - small chunks of onion, chilli, chestnut mushroom, aubergine and potato cooked with curry spices, spinach leaves, tomato purée and coconut milk. Cor, it was tasty!  Plenty left for tomorrow night too.
  • Burger night tonight - burgers (two beef, one chicken, one veggie) in folded flatbreads with various toppings, homemade wedges and a big green salad.
