Stir fry veg from Lidl (freezer) with some edamame beans and noodles. Soy sauce added too.

Chicken stir fry and rice tonight:1

We all had Roasted veg, potatoes and onions, purple sprouting broccoli. Samphire.

I had salmon with hollandaise sauce.
Husband had seabass.
Daughter had vegan balls.2 -
I made a veg curry - small chunks of onion, chilli, chestnut mushroom, aubergine and potato cooked with curry spices, spinach leaves, tomato purée and coconut milk. Cor, it was tasty! Plenty left for tomorrow night too.1
