I've made a veggie chilli with Quorn, nice and spicy for the cold weather. With rice and tortilla chips.

End of the veggie chilli for us tonight here. I had mine with some mash.
Got some bread and butter pudding reheating in the oven whilst I cook a lamb casserole in it too. Used up a few bits like some red onion chutney that had been lingering in the fridge in it too.

Canneloni!! Mine's with ricotta, OH's with ragu. Store bought I'm afraid but OH has discovered a very good brand of Italian food in Asda. Some fresh (like tonight's) and some frozen (like pizza and aubergine parmesan we've had previously)I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. I haven't been on for a while. So hi everyone.
Tonight lamb chops with leftover cauli/broc cheese, mash. Only a little mash left but I have noticed three small cheesy potato skins in the freezer (from Christmas day starter/Iceland), handy enough to top up the potato part of the meal. And like others to gain some room in the freezer. I have moved into my own place now and the freezer is tiny. Enough for me, but small.
Still working through the Christmas chocolate.3 -
Having left over salmon and beocolli quiche with new potatoes and salad for lunch just going to do jacket potatoes for dinner with sausages baked beans and will fry some mushrooms and onions and peppers to bulk out.3

I'm thinking some of the lamb casserole I made last night, might add in some mushrooms and chestnuts too. Prob with veg and Yorkshire puds.Feb 2015 NSD Challenge 8/12JAN NSD 11/16

Venison mince being made into a ragu has meant I needed to get some thyme from the garden. So very very little left!! I'm hoping that when spring hits in another few weeks it will perk up. If not I'll buy some more to put in as we do use it regularly.I’m a Forum Ambassador and I support the Forum Team on Debt Free Wannabe, Old Style Money Saving and Pensions boards. Resisted just going to the chip shop and made a quick cheesy pasta bake with tuna, tomato and sweetcorn. Some left for lunch tomorrow.
