Thanks for coming back straight away, starnac, I'm glad you saw the photos :)  It's a great site, a real magnet for people like me, and small children too, there's a public footpath right through the area, which is why it's okay to be on school premises.

Money stuff: I had an email saying someone had accessed my Amazon website yesterday evening - but when I checked, it was my IP address, and at a time when I was online.  I changed the password just in case, and I tried to complete my regular money shuffle using my phone.  Then proceeded to lock myself out of the easy access building society account I use for that, because there's an old password saved on my phone 🙄  so I had to phone the building society and faff around with it all.  Luckily, they were really efficient - Principality.  Positive shoutout!

I won't be doing any garden work today - my knee is vehemently objecting to the idea - but sorting the shopping and the kitchen table will be crucial.  Laterz.

Lovely to find out a bit about the history too, nice that they've kept it going!

Glad you sorted out the password issue without incident, that's always a positive!

Thanks both!  History, rainy days, it's all there 😄 I love it.

The finance admin seems to have been fine, even though there was that email.  Amazon package has been delivered no problem, and the money from the building society has appeared in my current account.  I *will* check the credit card in a few days.

Also checked my backup credit card, which is with my bank - it looked like it was going to pay the sum owed (a trial amount) automatically, but it was supposed to do it today, and it hasn't.  Grrr.  Doesn't seem to be any way to set it up on the app, which is madness, and I really hate ringing them.  I suppose I may have to log on to the website 😝 and I *really* hope they don't charge me for a late payment.  I'll object if they do, the wording on the app seems quite dodgy.

Porch-tidying and rubbish-throwing has gone on - *still* haven't managed to clean the shopping, I seem to loathe doing that 🙄  but I did manage to clear a good chunk of the kitchen table of seed compost and used soil **colour me embarrassed**.  And chat to another one of my good neighbours.

I'd hoped so, yes!  It's between accounts of mine at the same bank, after all.  But no, still showing as pending.  And yet the amount of credit available is the full credit limit - so I'm hopeful I'll avoid a late payment charge 😮  There's enough money in there that I'm tempted to buy some more premium bonds.  Of course, after I win the million, that won't be so important 😁

Amazon parcel arrived yesterday evening, all present and correct.  After the council walking scheme, my shopping is *finally* cleaned, just in time to allow for the next lot to clutter up the porch 😄  But Asda have just told me they'll be a couple of hours late ... just in time for what looks like a rainstorm, lovely.    No idea when Healthy Supplies will show up, certainly not today.  I want to save my energy for the shopping cleaning and packing, so I'm just faffing around with the genealogy - updating a family tree.  I'll never get so behind again with integrating the research!
