Take care of yourself still, karma! As I'm discovering, this is a virus, not just a bug!

Thanks all! And apple, don't worry - I'm very used to viruses and their up and downness, unfortunately. My aim with this is to recover and not get long covid.
The laundry I did before I got sick has now mostly been tidied away, woo hoo. And the dishwasher didn't get put on yesterday, so its on now - frozen peas and sweetcorn are so useful in that they don't really need cooking, if you give them a long enough defrost, same with frozen fruit.2023: the year I get to buy a car4 -
My daughter prefers eating peas and corn when they are still frozen, both as a snack and to accompany a hot meal.Fashion on a ration 2025 0/66 coupons spent

though I don't quite want actual frozen veg, I must say - my digestive system is so weird, I can imagine some part of it protesting!
I've done another LFT test today - much thinner, lighter line (I know this may not be completely useful, but I *do* see people talk about it, and absolutely nothing else changes in my life at the moment, so please bear with me) though its still very definitely there.
I'm tempted to walk to the end of the road later on (my road is 10 houses long, so it would be okay) or maybe just go into the back garden and **look**. Yep, that sounds nice. I'm also doing what Cheery and Madvix described, and reading a diary from the beginning. Since I've vowed to get more in touch with my pension funds (around £60k, can't remember) that can eventually become really useful.
Done about £1 on the Happy Wheel, and got two free bets of £1 too - lost the first one, second is playing at the moment. Did it all very slowly, to be sure I used the free bet and not actual money.2023: the year I get to buy a car3 -
Sounds like you're feeling a bit better if you're contemplating going outside! 😊 My line definitely got lighter as I got better, so hopefully you'll be free of it soon 😊2

Glad you are feeling like getting some fresh air and a small bimble or in garden gazing sounds good. I use a lot of frozen peas and sweetcorn too and if I want to use them imminently I put them in a bowl and add newly boiled water and that is enough to defrost and slightly warm them.2

Thanks all
spoke with my sister today, as she's just got back from the birthday celebrations in Norfolk - sounds like it went really well, but even listening left me really tired, I confess. I *did* still do a bit of finances - paid off the new cc, did the first part of the money shuffle (both necessary, not optional). I also put the dishwasher on, and the washing machine too (again, necessary). Just realised that's quite a bit ... might have a little lie down. I watched Morse this morning, which I never did regularly, and it was an extra-gloomy episode, really not the best start to the day. Yes, a little lie down
