I'm managing to run the dishwasher in the morning, and then go for a 20 minute walk in the afternoon, and that's about it. Hugs are good, thanks x

I've just realised, apple, I'm not sure what you mean by this?  My NHS diagnosis is CF.

Oops. I meant your 'can't be a**ed' levels, when life is just too much to be bothered with it! Sorry! It's definitely not a new diagnosis acronym B)

Frequently have high Can't Be Ar$ed levels here at the minute... 🙄

Sorry to hear the chronic fatigue has kicked in KC.  Sounds rough. Glad you got out for a little walk at least. Is it starting to pass now, do you think? Hope so.

Sounds like the credit card nonsense is ongoing. Sorry to hear that. Have they acknowledged that the digits weren't the same on your card?? Was it fraud, or a mess up at their end?? Whatever it was, it sounds like one of those things that is infuriating and tedious to sort out. Hope you're squeezing in a bit of gentle fun somewhere.

Hi there.  Can't Be Arsed is quite different for me - that's more "I really, really would rather watch a Game Of Thrones video than talk to this company one more time" or even  "woo hoo, lets go out on a long walk, or have some fun".

Chronic fatigue is when it takes all my physical energy to climb the stairs to my bedroom, I'm left puffing.  It's very slightly better today, but I went to the PO on Monday, and Chronic Fatigue damage often takes two days to appear, so I won't know any after effects until Wednesday.  I don't dare book my booster covid jab yet, as the first two both made me unwell for 6 days, I can't afford that right now.

Credit card nonsense definitely ongoing - they've received the ID documents, at least, and finally told me that the different numbers I'm seeing aren't credit card numbers at all, they're internal references for the company.  Why they call them credit card numbers is beyond me.

No gentle fun here I'm afraid, apart from being able to watch iplayer when my tv reception goes.  And Ancestry have a "free information" thing going on until 12th November.  That's it.

Have you had your flu jab yet?  I've been having one for 15 years and this last one was the worst reaction ever.
I was lucky with the covid jab.  Just a 2day, then 3day, then 4 day with headache getting milder as the days went on.  Although it seems the stronger the reaction the better the effect.  I have a friend though who says if there is a fourth one he won't be having it.

Aw, have a hug KC (((())))) Yes, CBA is quite different to CF, one is an everyday thing we all suffer from, the other debilitating 😕 sorry to hear you're going through all that. Hang in there xx
